Biography
Joshua’s most prized role is being the husband of his elegant bride, Leslie, and father to three adorable, sparkling daughters, Piper, Ruby, and Nora. Honesty, hard work, and a hand-shake are three things he believes in whole heartedly. He considers himself a student of life, and regularly finds himself attempting new hobbies or tackling new adventures. Professionally, Josh’s background sets him apart from the regular crowd of real estate agents. He honed his eye for detail while running and managing a boutique hotel. Internationally, he deepened his understanding of human nature while engaging in humanitarian work; working with refugees, teaching english, and immersing himeself in the local language and culture. He spent over ten years serving in ministry, and considered a profession of caring for, listening to, and helping to meet people’s needs to be one of the greatest honors of his life. He carries the mantle of serving others into his real estate business, and puts the highest priority on serving his clients until every need is met. Joshua prides himself on being a skillful, fair negotiator. Win-win scenarios are his goal, and he finds that often can make a 3-5% difference in buying or selling a house.
