As a long time resident of Sherborn, MA, I have the experience and knowledge you need when making real estate decisions. I have an intimate knowledge of our local real estate market and have had extensive experience with the various town boards that regulate building, zoning, private septic systems and private wells. These regulations can have a large impact on a home's use and value. They are also essential for a buyer to understand before making one of the largest financial decisions of their life.
I obtained both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from a Big 10 college. Upon receiving my post-graduate degree, I spent many years in both the mental health field and corporate world honing my professional skills. This marriage of clinical and business acumen served as a natural platform from which to launch my real estate career. Selling real estate demands that an agent be first, and foremost, a professional able to navigate the various regulations inherent in a real estate transaction. However, it also demands that a realtor communicate clearly and effectively, as well as serve as part coach and part advocate for what can be a nerve wracking, anxiety laden process.
